Hobby Flower

Created in 1974, Hobby Flower developed in collaboration with the University of Biology of Barcelona a water reserve system to reproduce the natural environment of plants. We support our clients on their projects to create green spaces by personalizing the Hobby Flower experience. Our system is patented worldwide.

COMPANY PROFILE

We are used to work on projects of the hospitality sector as a lot of entities are looking for solutions in order to install plants in their spaces. Our system respond to their needs in a sustainable way. Last project made in Mexico was for Grand Palladium Riviera Maya Resorts where they installed about 50 units of our CUT PLANTER. They have been able to put plants all over the resort knowing they would save water and maintenance time. Another emblematic project was the supply of hydro planters for Fours Seasons Hotel New York City as they were looking for durable products to delimit the terrace area of their restaurant. The Fairmont Nile City hotel in Egypt also chose our URBAN planter to include plants all over his restaurant to create an exotic and relaxing space with a green touch.

VALUE PROPOSAL FOR THE HOSPITALITY SECTOR

All our planters are equipped with the patented Hobby Flower system which provides a 3-month water autonomy to the plant. The reserve also saves up to 80% of irrigation water as the volumes are calculated so that the plant has just what it needs. Our production is 100% local, with Spanish raw materials and national artisans. Apart from being recyclable, the planters have a useful life of several decades thanks to the high quality of our finishes which makes it a durable and reliable product. In addition, we offer the Hobby Plus service, which allows you to customize the planter with color or logo. We also consider any specific project by doing a feasibility and economic study.
