VALUE PROPOSAL FOR THE HOSPITALITY SECTOR

Patrick Genard & Asociados brings over 27 years of experience in the hospitality sector across Africa with 15 built hotels, 3 currently under construction and over 100 projects worldwide.

This extensive and invaluable experience in African countries such as Morocco, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Senegal, and Niger in addition to a dozen other global markets, allows us to design and discover sustainable solutions and green design elements in each country based on that area’s specific geographical, cultural and market conditions more easily.

Our sustainable design approach expertly integrates each international hotel operator’s needs with the local environmentally sensitive solutions and in addition allows each project to ultimately obtain their coveted LEED and BREEAM certifications.

Patrick Genard & Asociados’ award-winning portfolio adds value to our projects and helps local owners and developers to attract and partner with international brands such as Sofitel, Marriott, Club Med, Radisson, Le Meridien, Accor, Four Seasons, Hilton and Anantara.

As Patrick Genard has himself stated in various international publications:

“I fully subscribe to this beautiful definition of architecture from the Vorarlberg region: aesthetically desirable, constructively reasonable, and socially justifiable. The most important thing is that architecture must be contextual, but in the broadest sense. One does not simply build anything anywhere. A project must leave a place “enriched” after its construction, if not, it is better not to build it.”
